This actually happened to a friend of mine awhile back who was working at the cigar shop one day. A customer walks in and makes a bee line for the humidor. After he picks up a few cigars he steps out and says "Wow, I can't believe he's made so many cigars." My friend replies "Who?"
Customer: "Hector A Mano."
Employee: :::scratches head::: "Who?"
Customer: "Hector A Mano, see" He points to the label.
Then it becomes clear.....Hecho a Mano..... Oh wow. He doesn't know that means made by hand. He thinks this is one man. One man who is apparently THE cigar maker of makers. The one smoke ring to rule them all. I think it was hard enough to keep a straight face as it was rather than bursting his bubble.
I'm just waiting on the Hector A. Mano event. This event is going to be
huge! Wonder if I can get a box signed....
