Having smoked the entire core line of pinar del Rio over the past few months I have a few thoughts on this line from Abe Flores. Since this line has appeared on the the market a few years ago it has consistently NEVER failed to deliver. What caused the initial sensation ? It was Abe showing his ability to ferment and age tobacco, and to take that tobacco; blending it into some pallet popping flavor profiles. The consistency of those flavor profiles has not changed nor faded over time. it remains a very good seller among on line shops. The only down size to the core line is the inconsistent construction of certain blends in this line. Over time I have noticed this and it is with a little too much regularity in those blends. that having been said it is worth the extra work it takes to work around those problems. the flavor is just that good.
Moving forward I would hope for some tightening up of the rolling process.this would only benefit the core line as (quite frankly) there isn't a dog in the whole line and that is exceptional. I almost always will have several samples of this core line in my humidors. Its a go to line that never disappoints and the price point is very good. they can be had in a sampler packs consisting of four of each blend and this a good way to go for me since I like them all. Thanks for taking the time out to read us here at GCPuffs. again we appreciate you taking the time out to check us out. your comments are always welcome and please check out our advertisers(they make what happens here happen). And for the record almost of the cigars I review are purchased by myself.if any are given for me to review I will dully note it. I call a dog rocket a dog rocket if it deserves it, regardless of how it comes to me. ALL THE BEST SMOKINJOE
