"CIGARBAGE" REVIEWS

Lew Rothman of famed JR.cigars coined the term "cigarbage" for anything he sold related to cigars but were NOT cigars. His wit was never lost on me. So there you have the meaning of the title of this piece just in case you were not familiar with it. I have two items I thought I would pass along that I have been using for a few months now. Of course guys love gadgets and think the ladies do to if it  is envy status worthy.....first up to bat.
THE BUTANE SCREW THING: Well its title might be unimaginative but it aptly describes what it does. This little gadget fits the bill when it comes to maintaining your cigar torch lighters. The screw driver head fits all my Zikar, rocky Patel, and bulgari lighters. The other end is for purging your fuel tank and this also works like a charm. I don't  think there is any one who has not jammed a ball point pen into the purge nozzle or worse like a knife tip. Usually you end up with a banged up plunger in the purge valve. Why no one has though to put something like this out years ago is beyond me. it's a  nice handy little tool that does its job and does it well. For the price it cant be beat! It may be early for Christmas but for a stocking stuffer this cant be beat. here's the web site http://butanescrewthing.com/

Next up I have a cutter that just about does it all in one package.
this is the LOTUS:Cut 100 - Triad. Single Action
Retractable Stainless Steel Blade. Two Retractable punches - 6mm and 8mm plus a triger-action blade that cuts up to 54 ring size.
While single blade cutters are known to tear a cigar at the apposing end of the cut,I have found this one rarely does this. A very sharp spring loaded blade indeed! There  can be a bunch of crap you have to carry to light up a premium cigar and enjoy. There are also allot of  unknowns when going to a B&M and finding something you want to try but don't have the right type of cutter. This jack of all trades should cover almost every type of cut and or punch. The punches are also spring loaded and I like having two sizes of punches rather then one. The devil is in the details for punches and these are beveled edged. An absolute must have for a punch!!! However LOTUS I am still waiting for my leather pouch you promised me.......
As I have said I have been using these for a few months now and can recommend them to you should you be looking. I'll have other "cigarbage" for review coming up in the future.ALL THE BEST-SMOKINJOE

I have had my eye on the butane screw thing for a while myself. I have been using a modified pocket screwdriver from my days as a mechanic... I am used to making my own special tools for certain purposes, but it is nice to have an attractive tool that is actually designed for the purpose at hand. Enjoyed the post!
